Why it matters

Analytics that answer one question: how will this help my business?

We measure our work by the decisions we improve — not the dashboards we ship. Every engagement is built to move a metric your leadership actually cares about.

Decisions in minutes, not days

One trusted view replaces the scramble to assemble and reconcile numbers.

Growth you can steer

Clear metrics and forecasts turn planning from guesswork into strategy.

Hours given back

Automation removes manual reporting so your team focuses on the business.

Confidence at the top

Leadership acts decisively because the numbers behind them are solid.

Who we help

Built for the people who steer the business

From founders raising their next round to operations leaders running a tight ship, we partner with the decision-makers who live and die by their numbers.

Startups & Founders

Build the metrics and reporting foundation to raise, scale and steer with confidence.

SMEs & Scale-ups

Graduate from spreadsheets to a trusted, automated analytics function.

Operations Leaders

Get live visibility into throughput, cost and performance to run a tighter operation.

Finance Teams

Close faster, forecast sharper and report with numbers you can defend.

Marketing Teams

See true channel ROI and spend where it actually grows profit.

E-commerce & Retail

Unify channels to protect margin and understand every customer.

Business problems we solve

Sound familiar?

These are the frustrations we hear most often from the leaders we work with. Each one is a symptom of the same root cause — data you can't fully trust or use.

I don't trust my numbers

Reports disagree, definitions differ, and every meeting starts by debating the data instead of the decision.

We live in spreadsheets

Critical reporting depends on fragile, manual files that only one person truly understands.

Insight arrives too late

By the time the report is ready, the window to act on it has already closed.

We track everything, and nothing

Dozens of metrics, but no clear line from daily activity to the outcomes leadership cares about.

We can't see what's coming

Planning runs on gut feel because there's no reliable forecast to plan around.

Too much is done by hand

Skilled people spend their weeks assembling reports instead of acting on them.

If any of these sound like your business, you're exactly who we built Ansora for.

Let's fix it

How we work

A proven path from data to decisions

A clear, five-step methodology that keeps every engagement anchored to your business outcomes — with visible progress at every stage.

Step 01

Discover

We start with your business, not your data. Through a focused discovery workshop we map your goals, decisions and the questions you can't yet answer.

  • Discovery workshop
  • Success metrics
  • Prioritised roadmap
Step 02

Architect

We design the data model, KPI definitions and technical approach — a blueprint that fits your stage, budget and existing tools.

  • Data & KPI model
  • Solution architecture
  • Delivery plan
Step 03

Build

We engineer reliable pipelines and craft dashboards and models in short, reviewable increments — so you see progress every week.

  • Data pipelines
  • Dashboards & models
  • Weekly reviews
Step 04

Activate

We roll out with your team, embed the metrics into your cadence and make sure the work is adopted — not just delivered.

  • Rollout & training
  • Documentation
  • Adoption support
Step 05

Optimise

Analytics is never finished. We monitor, refine and extend — turning your first win into a compounding advantage.

  • Performance review
  • Iteration
  • Roadmap for what's next
Why Ansora

The difference between a report and a decision

Plenty of firms can build a dashboard. We're here to change how your organisation sees itself and acts — and to leave your team more capable than we found it.

We solve business problems, not build dashboards

Every engagement starts with a decision you need to make — the technology follows the outcome.

Senior expertise, end to end

You work directly with an experienced practitioner across strategy, engineering and delivery.

Fast, focused delivery

Short, reviewable increments mean you see value in weeks, not quarters.

Trustworthy by design

Governed, documented, single-source-of-truth data your leadership can rely on.

A partner, not a vendor

We transfer knowledge and leave your team more capable than we found it.

Built to scale with you

Solutions sized for your stage today that won't need rebuilding tomorrow.

Our methodology

A framework for decision intelligence

We meet you at your current analytics maturity and move you, deliberately, to the next level — connecting data to the specific decisions it should inform.

Analytics Maturity Framework

A clear model of where you are and the deliberate next step — from ad-hoc reporting to decision intelligence.

Executive Reporting Expertise

Board-ready reporting designed for how leaders actually read, question and decide.

Decision Intelligence

We connect data to the specific decisions it should inform — insight that changes action.

Operational Excellence

Reliable pipelines, documentation and governance so your analytics keep running.

Technology

Enterprise capability, sized for your stage

We work across the modern analytics stack and recommend what fits your business — never what earns us a referral fee.

How we work

A new practice, run by the person who does the work

Ansora is an early-stage practice. We are not going to show you a wall of logos or invent quotes from clients we have not served yet — you would see through it, and you would be right to. What we can offer is senior expertise applied directly to your problem, a method that has worked repeatedly, and complete transparency about what we do and do not know.

You work with the practitioner

No account manager, no handover to a junior team. The person in your discovery call is the person building your model and presenting the results.

A method, not improvisation

Every engagement runs the same five stages — Discover, Architect, Build, Activate, Optimise — with a defined deliverable at each. You always know what week you are in.

Scoped to one decision first

We start narrow, on a single decision worth improving, with a stated cost and success measure. A small first project that works beats a roadmap that stalls.

Advice before invoice

If we think analytics is not your highest-value investment this quarter, we will say so on the call. We would rather be useful now than oversold to once.

What we commit to, in writing

  • A fixed scope and a fixed price before any work begins — no open-ended hourly billing
  • Something working in your hands within the first few weeks, not at the end of the project
  • Your data stays in your environment where your policy requires it, under an NDA if you want one
  • Documentation, training and a named internal owner, so you are not dependent on us afterwards
The hidden cost

Businesses rarely fail for lack of data

They fail because they can't turn it into a decision fast enough. Poor data never sends an invoice — it shows up as a decision made three weeks late, or a meeting spent arguing about whose number is right.

Read the full case

Reports that arrive after the decision

The monthly pack lands on working day eight or nine. By then the month it describes is closed and the next one is a third gone.

Typically: Working day 8–12 is the typical close-to-report time we find

A business running on one person's workbook

The numbers that matter live in a spreadsheet only one analyst fully understands, rebuilt by hand every cycle.

Typically: 2–3 working days a month spent rebuilding the same pack

Three departments, three versions of the truth

Finance quotes one revenue figure, sales quotes another, operations has a third. All three are defensible. None is reproducible.

Typically: 3–8% variance between departmental figures is common

There are six of these, plus a self-assessment, a before/after comparison and an honest look at what analytics actually returns.

Questions

What leaders ask before they start

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, a discovery call is the fastest way to get it answered.

Most first engagements run between 8 and 16 weeks depending on how many source systems are involved and how clean they are. A focused dashboard on one or two sources sits at the short end; connecting machine or clinical systems, or working across multiple sites, sits at the long end. You see something working within the first few weeks either way — we do not disappear for three months and return with a reveal.

Almost never, and we will tell you early if we think otherwise. Your accounting package, POS, CRM and ERP were each bought to solve a real problem. We build a governed layer that reads from what you already own and reconciles where they overlap. Replacing a working system is expensive, disruptive, and rarely the actual constraint.

Yes — and for a lot of businesses that is the honest starting point. Excel is where the institutional knowledge usually lives, so we treat existing workbooks as a specification rather than a problem: they tell us how the business really calculates things. Over time we move the logic into something governed and automated, but we start from what you have.

It generally is not, and that is expected rather than disqualifying. We begin with an audit that tells you plainly what is usable, what needs work and what is missing entirely, then scope around the gaps instead of waiting for them to close. Waiting for clean data before starting is the most common reason analytics projects never begin.

You get senior, end-to-end expertise across strategy, engineering, dashboards and AI — without the cost and ramp-up of a full-time hire. We also transfer knowledge to your team, so you build lasting capability rather than dependency.

Not at all — that's often the best time to start. Getting your metrics and data foundation right early prevents expensive rework later. We meet you at your current stage and scope the work to fit your budget and priorities.

It depends on your stack, budget and team. We're tool-agnostic and recommend what fits your situation, not what earns us a referral. In many cases we can work within tools you already own.

We work in short, reviewable increments, so you typically see a working dashboard or analysis within the first few weeks — not at the end of a long project. Every week ends with visible progress.

Most start with a discovery call and a focused scope — often a single high-value dashboard, model or audit. From there we can expand into a broader roadmap. We offer both project-based and ongoing partnership arrangements.

Yes. We follow least-privilege access, keep clear documentation and ownership, and are happy to work within your security and compliance requirements, including signing an NDA before we begin.
The difference

Your business already generates everything it needs

Every sale, every shipment, every support ticket and every invoice already produces data. You are not short of it. Almost nobody is.

The difference between the businesses that compound and the ones that plateau is rarely the volume of data they hold. It is how quickly they can turn it into a decision — and whether they trust it enough to act when it tells them something inconvenient.

That gap is closeable, and it is closeable faster than most leadership teams expect.

What a discovery call gives you

  • A review of how your reporting works today and where the time goes
  • The two or three decisions where better data would change the most
  • An honest view of whether analytics is your highest-value next investment
  • A scoped first project with a stated cost, timeline and success measure

A discovery call is a conversation, not a pitch. If we think your money is better spent elsewhere this year, we will say so — we would rather be useful now than oversold to once.
